Yoga classes are vital stage of pregnancy and childbirth. The lessons will form a supporting framework and preparing for the birth. Yoga postures, movement, proper breathing and relaxation are practical tools to help deal with the physical changes during pregnancy and prepare the body for the birth.

Lessons learned in different poses and exercises that facilitate lower back pain and tension in the body. Yoga postures encourage good blood flow, prevent the formation of varicose veins and flexibility in the pelvic floor.

Exercises like proper breathing, pelvis movements, using voice and tone, relaxation and guided imagery to help you cope with the physical and emotional pain during pregnancy, contractions and labor – through the experience of natural childbirth, soft and happy. A preparatory meeting for birth through yoga – Pregnant women and their partners are invited to a common practice in preparation for childbirth. Let’s learn together how your partner will be able to actively integrate pain relief during labor and birth. In the evening we will practice movement, massages, voice and breath. A new date every two months..
